How to pay by Clearpay with us
Just shop our range of bathroom products and then head to the check out as normal. When you need to choose a payment method, simply select Clearpay. You will be sent to the Clearpay website to register and be asked for your payment details (for example, Visa or Mastercard).
If you are a customer who has used Clearpay before, then you will just need to log in to your existing Clearpay account.
Then you can complete your purchase!
Can anyone use Clearpay?
Only those who are permanent UK residents aged 18+ (excluding Channel Islands) and with a current UK billing address, can use Clearpay as their chosen payment method.
If you have an international billing address, we cannot offer Clearpay and you will not be able to create a Clearpay account.

How are instalments split?
Clearpay will divide the full order value into four instalments. Each instalment will be payable every two weeks. The specific amounts and dates that payments will be taken will be shown (and require you to agree to them) prior to completing your purchase.
If you want to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you can. To do so, simply log into your Clearpay account and make your payment. The amount owed will then be adjusted accordingly.
You can log in to your Clearpay account at any time to view your payment schedule or to make an additional or early payment.
What if I miss a payment?
If you cannot make a scheduled payment, you will need to contact Clearpay by clicking here.
If you miss a payment, you will immediately be stopped from making any additional purchases with Clearpay.
Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment. If payment is not received before this time, then you will be charged a late fee - initially a charge of £6, followed by a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within seven days.
If your order is less than £24, the total late fee will be £6. If your order is £24 or over, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order or £24, whichever is less.
Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.
