Our Delivery Options

Please note that you cannot amend an order online once it has been placed with us. Contact our customer services team on 0116 288 2834 if you need to amend or cancel your order.

  • We offer free delivery on all orders over £150.00. For orders under this value, a delivery charge of £10.00 will be applied to your order at checkout.

    In many cases, we offer next day delivery to up to 91% of the UK. However, you should expect deliveries to arrive within 2-3 working days from the day you place your order.

    Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the next working day.

    We deliver Monday - Saturday, between 7am and 7pm (subject to calendar availability).

  • Simply place and pay for your order online, then when at checkout choose to collect from our Leicester showroom to pick up your order from. There is no charge for our Click & Collect service. You will be notified by email when your order has arrived and is ready for collection. We’ll hold it for 7 days – so there’s no need to rush.

  • Delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses.

    However, we are unable to deliver to all UK addresses.

    A member of our team will contact you once your order has been placed to confirm delivery details. If your postcode areas is one that we currently cannot deliver to, you will be notified at this time, and the options available to you will be discussed.

  • Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and where reasonably possible, in line with your trading hours (where you have made us aware of the same).

    All products must be paid for in line with our agreed terms.

    Our team will make a pre-delivery call to you (on the number you have provided) on the day prior to delivery.

    Our driver will also make a pre-delivery call to you (on the number you have provided) on the day of delivery.

    Deliveries will be made by PJH (our appointed fulfilment partner) with one driver, or via an authorised carrier where appropriate.

    Deliveries made on PJH fleet may require your assistance with offloading of products, depending on the weight of the items delivered.

    At the point of delivering products we will aim to place them in a safe and accessible location.

    Deliveries require a signature as acceptance of the accuracy and quality of the products delivered.

  • At the time of delivery, you must check all products for any sign of packaging or product damage and check the number of products delivered against the delivery note. You should report any damaged or missing products within 7 working days of delivery to our Customer Service Team on 0116 288 2834. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damaged or missing products under delivery which are not reported within this time.   • A return can be requested for any faulty products that do not operate in line with manufacturers guidelines in accordance with the sections below.

    The condition of the products must be confirmed at the point the return is requested.

  • Subject to the sections below, bathroom products that are returned as faulty will be inspected and a credit for the purchase price will only be issued, in part or full, following inspection and where we reasonably agree that the product is faulty.

    Products must be reported as faulty within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Please note that we will not be responsible for any faulty products that are not reported within this time.

    Once reported as faulty, you should not use or operate the products, to prevent further damage occurring to the products whilst in your possession.

    Sinks and taps that are returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and credit will only be issued, in part or full, as agreed by the manufacturer.
